Transparent communication is the foundation of my client process, and I want everyone I work with to be in the know from the time they reach out until their project is launched.
Since working with a custom brand designer may be an unknown territory for some of you, here’s what you can expect when working on your brand identity.
An inside look at my signature brand design process
Phase 01. Brand Direction
We start with a deep dive into more about you, your brand, and your vision. By understanding your deeper values and who you serve, we can craft your bespoke brand experience. One that will speak to the heart of your story, vision, and goals.
Brand Exploration
Once you receive your Welcome Kit, you’ll dive into brand exploration. We’ll define who you are, what sets you apart, your goals, and audience alignment—informing design decisions throughout the project.
Live Strategy Session
During this live call, we’ll focus on your audience and your distinct qualities. It’s where I learn about your business, your potential clients, and their priorities.
Brand Direction
Next, I’ll compile my research and conceptualize your project direction! I’ll present a curation of visual elements that communicates your values, goals, uniqueness, and overall vibe or feeling.
Phase 02. Brand Design
During this phase we explore bespoke logos, patterns, design elements, color, and typography. These design elements will give your brand an intentional, cohesive feel. Through each presentation, you’re receive the tools and insights you need to use design for your business.
Logo Suite
You’ll review 3 logo suite concepts all of which include a primary logo, secondary logo, and submark logo. You’ll also receive a breakdown of the design decisions, and your logo suite in use.
Creative Direction
Your creative direction presentation will show you how to incorporate patterns, design elements, color, and typography intentionally. You’ll see how your visual brand will look and feel and the small details that make it feel custom and handcrafted.
Brand Style Guide
This guide is designed to give you all of the tools, knowledge, and confidence that you need to use your new branding. And use it well.

Yayyyy, you’re ready to launch your brand! You’ll start to stand out among all the noise, and will walk away with the tools you need to effectively use design in your business. It’s not just about visibility; it’s about using creative solutions to make an impact.
